Quincy Community Theatre is looking for an Executive Director to lead a passionate creative team, manage budgets, grow fundraising, and advance community involvement efforts.
We are looking for someone who can support a program vision and create a business plan that advances the strategic priorities and financial sustainability of Quincy Community Theatre.
The Executive Director will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the theatre and all its operations.
She or he will work closely with the Artistic Director as well as the Board of Directors in planning and implementing strategies for future growth of the company
Experience in fundraising through sponsorships, grants, and major giving campaigns is required.
We are looking for a strong leader with proven management skills and a passion for supporting the arts in a collaborative atmosphere.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and a proven track record in fundraising and development.
The Executive Director of Quincy Community Theatre is someone who can create a comfortable atmosphere for volunteers, artists, musicians, patrons, and dreamers.

Responsibilities will include all financial, legal and human resource matters.
The job will involve, but is not limited to, budgeting for the annual operation of the company and the facilities, supervising staff & coordinating employee payroll, dealing with contracts for guest artists and producing in-house productions.
The salary range for this position is $47,000-$50,000
