This role is responsible for the creative design and production of commercial real estate marketing deliverables in both print and digital formats. This position requires advanced proficiency of Adobe CC as well as HTML and CSS. In addition, this person will be part of a small and highly collaborative local marketing team of seven.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in producing exceptional commercial real estate marketing artwork in both print and digital formats
Is responsible for designing business development proposals/presentations, property brochures, offering memorandums, emails, websites, floor plans, advertisements, postcards, and other creative collateral
Articulates and pitches design concepts to Marketing Director/Marketing Manager to determine the appropriate creative approaches and timeline
Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure as well as flexible with changing deadlines
Works with coding languages and proprietary tools/technologies to create, edit and distribute digital deliverables
Works with vendors to coordinate estimates, distribute files, review proofs and oversee the final quality control of items
Works on additional special marketing projects
Other duties may be assigned, occasional overtime may be required

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of related experience and/or training required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to create cost estimates and be a positive steward of our clients budget.
This individual should be an agile thinker with strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of print practices (digital, offset, large format), web publishing and graphic design principles
Working knowledge of web design, UI/UX
Working knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver, Muse, HTML and other relevant coding languages
Basic project management, editing and writing skills required
Light travel to regional offices may be required
