If you have at least one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience and want to earn up to $15 an hour; we have the job for you.

Training Class will begin February 18, 2020 and will be a minimum 7 weeks.
Applicants must be available between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Mon. - Fri. for training with no interruptions during the training period.
Applicant must have at least one year experience in Customer Service or Call Center setting
An education level of at least a High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period.
Lunches and breaks are scheduled, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work over-time as needed.
Applicant must pass Drug screening and Background Check
PHARMACY HELPDESK SPECIALIST
Full-time position located in Jefferson City.
Responsible for working with medical professionals to process drug authorization requests by telephone and facsimile.
Candidate must be computer proficient and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous customer service, utilization review, and health-care experience required.
Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistants, Certified Medical Technicians, or LPN required.
